Euromesh was founded to offer the global process industry the most comprehensive range of technical services and equipment supply in the field of separation, for both new build and revamp applications. We bring a wealth of experience, drawn from many years in the industry and in various aspects of the oil & gas, water and petrochemical industries.

Productivity extensive use of IT is made with a common operating environment standardised on Microsoft products, design and draughting based on AutoCAD and the availability of in-house and independent third party Fluent Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) code.

Innovation

Euromesh is the separation industry's most innovative problem solver, developing and providing new solutions and technology to the operators. We specialise in troubleshooting and de-bottlenecking production separation facilities. We have extensive fluid dynamics test facilities including test rigs for: Static horizontal vessels. Moving horizontal vessels; i.e. for semi-submersibles, TLPs and FPSOs. Static vertical vessels. 

Other facilities in the group include a 6m Flow Channel, extensive Hydrogen Bubble Flow Visualisation capabilities, Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) and a wind tunnel for environmental assessments.

Automation

Euromesh have introduced the industry's most comprehensive automated, electronic, process and mechanical design programmes, leading to the automated output of technical proposal and costing documents. Interlinked with the mechanical output, parametrically drawn equipment details and client required drawings are produced.

Main Equipment

The speciality of Euromesh is the design of separation, gas treatment and processing equipment, based mainly on the supply of in-house fabricated, state of the art, patented and proprietary internals. This range of equipment may be supplied, either as welded or non-welded components, single or modular items to fit through vessel manways. We welcome the opportunity to expand the scope of supply to encompass stand-alone vessels to full package design and supply, via strategic alliances with reputable ‘fabricators’ and ‘packagers’.
